This Privacy Policy explains how National Entertainment Group ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the ClientBranch platform at clientbranch.com (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects information. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Who we are

Information we collect
Account information you provide when you sign up: name, email address, phone number, business details, and login credentials.
Customer/contact data that you, as a business using ClientBranch, store in the platform about your own contacts (such as names, emails, phone numbers, appointments, and notes).
Payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage and device data such as log data, IP address, and browser type, used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To send transactional communications (for example, account, booking, and billing notifications).
To provide customer support and respond to requests.
To protect the security and integrity of the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
To comply with legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
If you or your contacts provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we use it to send the messages described in our SMS & Messaging Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the Service (such as our messaging provider) is permitted solely to deliver the messages you request. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any other purpose.
Google user data
ClientBranch offers an optional Google Calendar connection. If you choose to connect a Google account, we request only the narrowest scopes that its features need:
openid and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - to identify which Google account is connected and show that address in Settings.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.freebusy - to read busy/free times on the calendar you nominate, so slots you are already booked for are hidden from your public booking page.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events - to create an event on that calendar when someone books you, and to update or delete that event if the booking is rescheduled or cancelled.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly - requested only if you click "Choose calendar", to show the names of the calendars you can add events to so you can pick which one bookings go to. It is read only and is not requested when you simply connect.
We deliberately do not request the full https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar scope. ClientBranch never creates, deletes, or changes the sharing of your calendars. It reads your calendar list only when you ask to choose a calendar, and stores only the ID of the one you pick. The only Google endpoints ClientBranch calls are the calendar list (when you choose a calendar), the free/busy query, and the events collection of the one calendar you picked.
Google calendar data is used only to provide these scheduling features to you. It is stored only for as long as the connection is active, is never sold, is never used for advertising, and is never shared with anyone other than the Google APIs themselves. Disconnecting Google in Settings, or deleting your account, deletes the stored tokens and synced event references. ClientBranch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI features and Limited Use
ClientBranch includes optional AI writing tools for marketing content: drafting a landing page, drafting a blog post, suggesting SEO title and description text, and drafting a course sales page. These tools run on an API key that you supply and connect yourself, to a provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). They are the only place in ClientBranch where any AI or machine learning model is used.
Those AI features receive only the marketing brief you type plus your business name, page title, or draft post text. Google user data is never sent to any AI or machine learning model. Calendar events, busy/free times, calendar names, and the connected Google account address are architecturally isolated from the AI code paths and are never used, transferred, or sold to create, train, improve, or fine-tune any generalized or foundational AI or ML model, whether ours or a third party's, in raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived form.
